He is survived by: his wife Wanda Frazier; his children, Richard J Moran (Karla), Robert Moran of Miami, OK and Rhonda Dawson (Stacey) of Ft Scott, KS; and his grandchildren, Richard T Moran III, Ayden B Moran, Zachary K Moran, Josh Davis, Greg Smith, Trevor Price, Megan Reed, Alicia Baker, Dylan Pinkerton, Katelyn Moran and Jared Moran. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
