He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Phipps and Ferrol Phipps; and his brothers, Monty Phipps and Tim Phipps. He is survived by: his sons, Lee Phipps (Cori) of Wichita, KS, Steven Phipps (Galenea) of Lawrence, KS and Trey Phipps of Galena; his brothers, Terry Phipps (Barb) of Palmview, TX and David Phipps (Rose Marie) of Livermore, CA; his grandchildren, Alicia, Killian, Austin, Sadie, Trenton and Alexus; his great grandchild Ellisyn; and his friend Jason Grother.
