She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William H. Martin and Zelda O. Martin (Graham); her husband Gary Bell; her children, Trinity Tyler (Gena), Travis Tyler (Lindsay), Tricia Harrold (Thomas) and Stephanie McNeely (Travis); her siblings, John Hatfield (Tina), Donna Bryan (Leroy), Wanda Bell (Robert), Karen Martin, Industry and Sandy Martin; her daughter-in-law Ashley Tyler; and her son Terry Tyler. She was also cherished by numerous grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established with the Toni Bell Memorial Fund, in care of Olson's Mortuary, Canton.
