It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Atlee Nerheim (Garden City, Kansas), born in Vancouver, Washington, who passed away on March 18, 2021, at the age of 13, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Talia Tapia and Evaristo Tapia of Johnson; his siblings, Mercedes (Sean Climer) of Utah, Brione, Channing, Abby and Alex; and his grandmother Bobbie Seger of Johnson. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, and uncles; and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Atlee Nerheim Memorial Fund in care of Garnand Funeral Home, 405 W. Grant Ave, Ulysses, KS 67880. The memorial contributions will be used to purchase a headstone for Atlee, and also for a fund Atlee started for his best friend who is also battling an aggressive form of leukemia.
