He is survived by: his parents, Lloyd Kootz and Linda Kootz; and his siblings, Sarah Eades (Jason) of Great Bend, Kathy Grimm (Kurt) of Winfield, KS, Russell (Kelli) of Lorraine, KS, Virginia Soukup (Andrew) of Ellsworth, KS, Rev. Dennis (Jamie) of Salina, KS, Leann Steinert (Brandon) of Great Bend and Karen Pelkowski (Shae) of Fairway, KS. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
