He was predeceased by: his father Robert Blevins; and his brother Ben Blevins. He is survived by: his mother Doris Blevins; his wife Floretta Witt; his children, Linda Davis (Jay) and Andy Blevins (Leticia Ramos) of Garden City; his siblings, Cula Murphy (Dary), Kathy Kraft-Gridley (Jim) and Ted Blevins-Edna (Kathy); his cousin Betty Neville; his grandchildren, Michael Barnett, Kyler Line (Alexis), Tiffany Downey (Drew), Payton Blevins, RaeAnne Sullivan (Luke), Lacey Borthwick (Ethan) and Megan Finley (Trey); and his great grandchildren, Sofie, RJ, Presley, Emilee, Karson, Noah and Maisyn.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Garnand Funeral Home (412 N 7th St, Garden City, KS 67846). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Assembly of God (702 Campus Dr, Garden City, KS 67846).
Family suggests memorial be given to the Bill Blevins Memorial Fund in care of Garnand Funeral Home.
