With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl Dean Hunter (Garden City, Kansas), born in Vici, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 18, 2021 at the age of 87. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Hunter and Larissa Hunter; his wife Peggy Hunter; and his siblings, Alvin, Lloyd, Daniel and Charlese.
He is survived by: his children, Carl Hunter, Jr. (Vicky) of Garden City, Sheldon Hunter (Tami) of Garden City, Mike Hunter (Vicki) of Garden City, Carrie Stasch of Marion and Tim Hunter (Amy) of Olathe. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, memorial services for Peggy Hunter were postponed and will be held in a joint celebration of life service with Carl on Friday, May 14, 2021 at 2:00 pm.
