Polk; her daughters, Shelley (Barry Brown) of Garden City and Susan (John Soukup) of Holcomb, Kansas; her daughter-in-law Marla Polk of Abilene, Texas; her sister Norma McGrew of Midland, Texas; her grandchildren, Justin Polk (Kara), Cayce Brown (Kelsey), Amber Brown, Wesley Polk (Maddie), Ryli Soukup, Kynzi Soukup and Brody Soukup; and her great grandchildren, Emma Grace Brown and Rachel Bria Polk.
