She was predeceased by: her parents, George Raymond and Lota Edra McCoy (Owen); her husband Robert Dowell; and her sisters, Evelyn, Delores (John), Maxine and Joyce.
She is survived by: her children, Judy (Lamar Fullmer), David (Peggy Dowell), Vicki Weseman of Lawrence and Dennis (Debbie Dowell); and her grandchildren, Chris, Doey Fullmer of Dighton, Joni, Jeff Risley of Littleton, Gina Fullmer of Fort Collins, Paul Dowell of Lakewood, Matthew, Neeka Dowell of Arvada, Joel, Maja Weseman of Stuart, Leah Wisdom of Lawrence, Jared, Jen Dowell of Hoxie, Nick, Lindsay Dowell of Auburn, Zach, Kristi Dowell of Dighton, Ethan, Elizabeth Dowell of Dighton and Mallory Dowell of Salina. She is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
The family suggests memorial contributions to The First Christian Church of Dighton, the First Baptist Church of Dighton, or Lane County Hospital all in care of Boomhower Funeral Home.
