She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade R. Hoover and Bertha Hoover (Powell); and her husband Donald Clark. She is survived by: her sons, David Butler of Garden City, Keith Butler (Barb Evans) and Brad Butler of Pierceville; her stepson Lance Clark; her grandchildren, Cody, Colleen Butler, Amanda and Pablo Palma; and her great grandchildren, Clair, Leo and Parker.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Colleen Clark Memorial Fund in care of Garnand Funeral Home.
