He is survived by: his children, Sharlene Gronau of Eagle River, AK, JoAnn Conway (Dennis) of Greeley, CO and Kenneth Weiss (Bernie) of Monett, MO; and his grandchildren, Kevin Claar (Danna) of Garden City, KS, Kim Claar of Olathe, KS, Matt Gronau of Kansas City, KS, Katie Yaniec (Mike) of Eagle River, AK, Amy Hansen (Andy) of Goodyear, AZ, Jennifer Schmidt (Ryan) of Hays, KS, Cody Weiss (Brittany) of Bingham Canyon, UT and Staci Ireland. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
