He was predeceased by: his father Von Ratts; his brother Troy Ratts; and his father-in-law Everett Schnitzler. He is survived by: his mother Naomi Ratts of Dodge City, Kansas; his wife Peggy Ratts; his children, Sondra Creamer of Larned, Kansas and Justin Ratts of Parker, Colorado; and his brother Bart Ratts of Dodge City, Kansas.. He is also survived by four grandchildren; one step-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Emmaus House or to the Western Kansas Child Advocacy Center, both in care of Garnand Funeral Home of Garden City.
