He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Head; his daughters, Mechele Thompson (Rusty) of Garden City, KS and Melisa Audrain (Kalin) of Fritch, TX; his grandchildren, Russell Thompson (Tabitha) of Fritch, TX, Betheny Nolte (Andrew) of Dumas, TX, Tanner Audrain of Fritch, TX and Taryn Audrain of Springdale, AR; his great grandchild Ren Thompson; and his sisters, Sharon Butler of Oklahoma and Robin Hawkins (Roy Creamer) of Oklahoma.
