With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilyn Parks (Garden City, Kansas), who passed away on June 6, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Smith (Pawnee Bill) and Fern Smith (Paris); her husband Aubrey A. Parks; and her brothers, William R. Smith and Sterling A. Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Marsha L. Carr (Pat), Chrystal D. Wasinger (Kurt) and Justin K. Parks; and her brother Larry L. Smith (Lela) of Garden City, Kansas. She is also survived by five Grandchildren; six Great-Grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews; and a multitude of close friends.
