He is survived by: his wife Joanne of Arthur; his children, Timothy (Pam Lopez) of Las Cruces, NM and Rachel Schroeder (Chris) of Grand Island; his grandchildren, Nick and McKenna Schroeder; and his sisters, Carrie Dale (Robert) of Mechanicsville, VA and Martha McGuire (Denny) of The Woodlands, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
