She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Ramirez and Salvador Ramirez; and her husband Louis Mendoza of Garden City. She is survived by: her daughter Rowena Mendoza-Hogan (Tina); her son-in-law Stephen Hogan; her grandchild Caitlin Rose Hogan; her sisters, Victoria Shore of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Martha Cruz of Dodge City, KS and Clara Guiterres of Wichita, KS; and her siblings-in-law, Lydia Gonzales of Olathe, KS and Robert Gonzales of Garden City, KS. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Face masks are not required, but encouraged as Rose was very concerned about maintaining everyone's safety and health.
