It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Nelson of Garden City, Kansas, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on May 6, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Charles and Lelia Marie Bedore (Tucker); and her siblings, Fred Bedore, Bud Bedore and Shirley Helmbrecht.
She is survived by: her husband George Nelson; her son Gary (Jodie Nelson) of Lakin, Kansas; her sister Sally Evanson of St. Michael, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Adam Nelson (Cammie), Greg Nelson (Tricia Baumgartner) and Jenna Lampe (Dustin); and her great grandchildren, Evan Nelson, Emma Nelson and Stella Lampe.
