We are sad to announce that on April 20, 2021, at the age of 83, Thomas Walker (Garden City, Kansas), born in Larned, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Walker and Kathleen Walker (Sooby); and his brothers, Donald Walker and Melvin Walker. He is survived by: his wife Lorene Walker; his sons, Mike Walker (Marcy) of Garden City and Brian Walker (Dianna) of Pearland, Texas; his sister Dolores Peters of Twinsburg, Ohio; his sisters-in-law, Doris Walker of Garden City, Kansas and Minnie Miller of Garden City, Kansas; his grandchildren, Sarah Vieyra (Ruben), Mallory Lira (Kory) and Keaton Walker; and his great grandchildren, Eastyn Vieyra, Khloe Vieyra, Walker Vieyra, Corbin Vieyra, Kylee Lira and Kashton Lira.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials given to the Garden City Community College Endowment Association in care of Garnand Funeral Home of Garden City.
