She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred W. Rufenacht and Blanche Horchem Rufenacht; her husband John R. Hopkins; and her siblings, Vernon Rufenacht, Ila Thearl and Freda Stafford.
She is survived by: her children, Dan Hopkins of Jetmore, Dewane Hopkins of Larned and Denece Dowden of Mount Pleasant; and her brother Val Rufenacht of Scott City. She is also survived by Seven Grandchildren, and Nine Great Grandchildren.
