She was predeceased by: her son John Robert; her grandson Nathaniel Ray; and her parents, John Akin and Georgia Akin. She is survived by: her husband Joe W. Clark; her children, Joe W. Clark Jr., Kelly Clark, Johnny W. Clark, Brenda Clark, Regina Engstrand, David Engstrand and Billie Joe Duncan; her grandchildren, Ashley Raple, Jonathan Clark, Taylor Stockton, Brandon Knauf, Brandon McCart, Alyssa Engstrand, McKayla Sanderson, Devin Duncan, Austin Engstrand, Rachel Duncan, Donnie Duncan, Dolly Duncan, Amber Knauf and Mercy Duncan; her great grandchildren, Aaliyah Johnson, Trey Johnson, Mason Stockton, Arin, Piper Everist, Peyton Everist, Alyza McCart, Iasiah Clark, Adrian Clark, Sabrina Clark, Kenslie Clark, Nick Crow and Aubrey Wall; and her siblings, Carol Arbelo (Rick) and Donnie Akin (Jennifer).
