She was predeceased by : her parents, J. T. Moody, Jr. (Jake) and Betty Mae Moody (McKnight); and her siblings, Janice Gore, Dr. Mike Moody and Tommy Moody.

She is survived by : her husband W. J. Brophy; her daughter Pam Zahan; and her stepdaughters, Jennifer Young and Carolyn Mikulencak. She is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; numerous aunts and uncles; three nephews and two nieces.
