She is survived by: her parents, Philip Lickteig and Rose Lickteig (Oswald); her husband Lavern Scheckel; her children, Gene Scheckel (Lela) of Owasso, OK, Cindy Molini (William) of Excelsior Springs, MO, Roger Scheckel of Topeka, KS, John Scheckel (Cathy) of Princeton, KS and Mary Lou Scheckel of Garnett, KS.; her grandchildren, Marisa, Melanie, Sarah, Caleb, Benjamin, Britta, Jenna and Regan; and her sisters, Mildred Martin of Kansas City, MO and Thelma Emerson of Longwood, FL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
