She is survived by: her former spouse Dale Sprague; her husband John Wolken; her children, Lonnie Sprague (Jo Helen) of Kincaid, Latricia Gaynor (Ron) of Penn Valley and Shayla Sprague (Jody Church) of Kincaid; her grandsons, Joe Sprague (Nikki) of Kincaid, Justin Sprague (Jenna) of Augusta and Preston Frazell (Kelli) of Iola, Kansas; her great grandchildren, Julianna, Shelby, Sam Sprague and Fisher Frazell; her stepsons, Tom (Deanna Wolken) and Chuck (Tina Wolken); and her great grandchildren, Emily DeVall (Brandon), Jersey, Berkley of Kearney, Nebraska, Katelyn Schroeder (Mitchell) of Seward, Nebraska, Reuben Wolken, Ameilya of Garnett, Richele Parks (Shawn), Janele of New Bern, Jacob Wolken of Welda, Kansas, Johanna McDaniel (Aaron), Kyler and Kynslee of Richmond, Kansas..
