He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Forshey and Juanita Forshey (Devine). He is survived by: his children, Tabitha Lundquist (Shawn) of Garnett, Kansas and Joe Forshey (Julie) of Parsons, Kansas. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
