She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Smethers and Marie Smethers; her grandson Dalton Michael O'Brien; and her significant other Baby Girl. She is survived by: her sons, Michael O'Brien of Smackover and Matthew O'Brien of Garnett, Kansas; her grandchildren, Kullen O'Brien, Michael O'Brien Jr. and Asa Scott O'Brien; and her sisters, Janice Feuerborn of Garnett and Debbie Spickard (Randy) of Macon, Missouri. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Judy O'Brien Memorial Fund, to help defray funeral expenses.
