He is survived by: his wives, Cathy Paxton and Cathy Spangler; his children, Jeff Spangler of Pittsburg and Juliana (Jeff Hughes) of Carl Junction; his grandchildren, Andee Fitzwater, Caleb Spangler, Walker Spangler-Hill, Kaylee Coulter and Carigon Kepner; his great grandchild Payton Fitzwater; and his siblings, Ken Spangler (Donna) of Overland Park and Arla Jean (Dee Galbraith) of Placentia.
