He was predeceased by: his parents, John Smith and Pearl Willms Smith; and his brothers, Carl J. Smith and Owen Smith. He is survived by: his children, Troy Smith of Gilbert, AZ, Mike Smith of Hutchinson, KS, Cody Smith of Minneola, KS and Jessica Smith of Hutchinson; and his granddaughter Tiana Smith.
