She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Louis and Faye Dimmick Trapp; her husband Harold David Thompson; and her children, Michael Thompson (Theresa) of Scott City, KS, Kathy Torres (Christopher) of McPherson, KS and Linda Stephenson (Dan) of Little River, KS. She was also cherished by ten grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to the First United Methodist Church, Little River in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
