She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jacob A. Boese and Helen Boese (Schmidt); her children, Doug J. Unruh of Newton and Laurie Pitzer of Anniston, Alabama; her grandsons, Kelly Unruh of Irvine and Chris Unruh of San Jose, California; her daughter-in-law Susan Unruh of San Jose, California; her sisters, Esther Schmidt (Lester) and Meribeth Schmidt (Rannie); her husband Robert C. Unruh; her son Eric Unruh; and her sister Verda Wedel (Dayton). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
