He was predeceased by: his parents, David S. Voth and Martha Voth (Reimer); and his siblings, Orie, Paul, Wesley, Orville, Milo and Esther Fast.
He is survived by: his wife Susanna Dueck; and his sons, Tim (Debbie) of Delaware, Chuck (Sharon) of Branson and Mike (Dawn) of Littleton, Colorado. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
