He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Virgil Wayne and Barbara Jean Jay (Burgman); his wife Peggy Jay of Goessel; his children, Michael Jay (Jennifer) of Rural Hillsboro, Brian Jay (Amy) of Houston, Texas and Karry Lawrence (Jon) of Newton; his grandchildren, Cody, Vivianne, Ellis, Emery and Briar; his uncle Ed Jay of Burden, KS.; and his sisters-in-law, Martha Hall of Wichita and Maxine Bauer (Don) of Augusta.
