He was predeceased by : his parents, Alberto Torres Velez and Elvira Morales Sanchez; and his siblings, Alberto Torres Morales and Rosa Martha Morales Torres. He is survived by : his wife Dianna Ramos; his children, Heather Arculeo (William Jr.) of Milford, PA, De'Nae Mullins (Chris) of Hutchinson and Erik Enrique Torres (Rachel Stockton) of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Alicia Allen, Sierra Phillips, Laila Arculeo and Willam Arculeo III; and his siblings, Mario Torres Morales, Jose Luis Morales Torres, Elvira Torres Morales, Felipe Morales Torres and Cristina Morales Torres.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 23rd 2023 at 1:45 PM at the Elliott Chapel (1219 N Main St, Hutchinson, KS 67501). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 23rd 2023 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
