She was predeceased by : her parents, Marvel Shover and Connie Shover (Rinker); her husband Paul Payne; and her parents-in-law, S. J. and Oletha Payne.

She is survived by : her son Tyler; her daughter-in-law Tesh; her grandchildren, Sean and Melysza Joan of Olathe; and her sisters, Patti Ericks (Craig) and Debbie Rosel Shawnee (Steve).
