He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Ryherd and Myrtle Ryherd (Hathaway); his siblings, Jerry Ryherd, Robert (Ryherd) and Bonnie Matlock; his daughter Laura Sue Ryherd; and his grandson Matthew Scott Schnier.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Ryherd of Vicksburg, Mississippi, Cindy Matlock (Berry) of Haysville, Kansas and Sandy McCray (Benny) of Skiatook, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 33 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Derby Chapel (1415 N Rock Rd, Derby, KS 67037). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Belle Plaine Cemetery (215 Line St, Belle Plaine, KS 67013).
