He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Q. Turley and Jean Ann Dauma Turley; his brother Noel Turley; his sons, Tad, Tyler and Ashlee Turley; and his grandchild Madilynn Kay Stevens.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Turley of Scott City; his daughters, Lacy (Jason Stevens) and Meladee Griffith of Wamego; his grandchildren, Jonathan Griffith of Wamego, Blakely Griffith of Wamego and Brynnlee Stevens of Colby; his siblings, David (Evelina Turley), Keith Turley of Phoenix and Connie Wright of Scott City; his parents-in-law, Joe and Donna Scott of Gas; and his siblings-in-law, Tamera, Cary Schwab of Chanute, Cindy, Russell Johnson of Dallas, David, Debi Scott of Healy, Steve and Ann Scott of Pittsburg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
