She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Regier and Millie Broscha Regier; her spouse Paul H. Penner; her sister Leah Welsh; her stepgrandson Dan Fox; and her brothers-in-law, Charlie Grimm, Dale Trahern and Lee Welsh.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Fox (Bill) of Wichita and Steven Penner (Barbara) of Columbia Falls, MT; her granddaughters, Tracy Penner (Ian Miller) and Sara Penner; her great grandchildren, Rylan and Harper Miller; her stepgrandchildren, Sharon Betzen (Russ), Caroline Smith (Ben) and Herrington; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Greg Betzen, Carisa Smith and Braden Smith.
