She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry John and Pauline Cecilia; her husband John Joseph Prohaska; her brothers, Robert and Vernon Kuckelman; and her daughter Linda.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Mary), Mark (Mai), Kathryn (Christopher) and Julie (Michael). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to St. Ann Catholic Church or the Morrill Public Library in Hiawatha, Kansas.
