She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Thompson and Geneva Strickland Thompson; her husband Larry Hainline; her children, Jeremy Hainline, Trish Sutton (Neale), Sarah Moreau and Michelle Strickland of Clayton, NC; her sister Janet DeWeese; and her grandchildren, Hannah, Amanda, Glenn, Stephen, Annika, Rachel and Will.
The lying in state was held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Chapel Oaks Funeral Home (100 Apache Dr, Hoyt, KS 66440). Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
