She is survived by : her children, Kelli Walker (Lloyd) of Kansas City, MO, Holly Erway (Camron) of Salem, MO and Jeffrey Kleinschmidt (Sarah) of Denver, CO.; her sister-in-law Donna Surprise; and her sisters, Margaret Haynes (Chuck), Mary Swisher (Terry) and Lana Klager (Vance). She is also survived by Great-grandchildren.
