He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Dow Carter, Sr. and Elmira Balzer. He is survived by: his son Andrew Dow (Dina); his grandchildren, Zachery, Ethan and Andrew of Lakewood, CA; his siblings, Tony Riley of Salina, KS, Linda Kissick (Carl) of Marquette, KS and Dianna "Dee" Carter of Independence, KS; his stepbrother Curtis Balzer of McPherson, KS; and his close friend Queen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and his loving cat.
