She was predeceased by : her husband Joe Polzin; her son Melvin Polzin; and her siblings, August, William, Walt, Tony, Lawrence, Eddie Schremmer, Mary, Florentine Schremmer and Isabelle Jacobs.

She is survived by : her children, Delphine Hickey (Bill) of Hoisington, Nancy Mater (Kenny) of Olathe, Tom Polzin of Hoisington, Charlotte Hahn (Joe) of Hanston, Duane Polzin (Patty) of Hoisington, Randy Polzin of Hoisington and Kevin Polzin (Tammy) of Galatia; her daughter-in-law Barbara Polzin of Hoisington; and her sisters-in-law, Ann Schremmer of Hoisington and Kathy Polzin of Wichita. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
