We are sad to announce that on May 11, 2020, at the age of 88, Charles G. King (Holton, Kansas), born in Mayetta, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles O. King and Cliffie Maye King (Suttles); his siblings, Francis Richards, Mary McAlexander and Kenneth King; and his grandsons, Nathan Wheeler and Lee King.
He is survived by: his wife Ethel Ann; his children, Debra "Deb" Knouft (Mark) of Holton, KS, Carolyn King of Oskaloosa, KS and David King (Debbie) of Holton, KS; his sisters, Dixie Haag of Holton, KS and Betty Estes (Ronnie) of Holton, KS; and his grandchildren, Carly (Brett), Lindsay (Ryan), Tara (Lloyd), Dustin (Andrea), Josh (Amy), Ryan (Pam), Nick (Jody), Aaron, Ben (Danielle), Bryson (Heather) and Taylor (Eli). He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
The family strongly suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the SOLID Christian Church or Heart of Jackson Humane society c/o Mercer Funeral Home, P.O. Box 270, Holton, KS 66436.
