She was predeceased by: her parents, Claud Hiner and Lillie Hiner (Easlon); her husband Bud Rogers; her siblings, John Clifford Hiner and Marlene Miller; her son-in-law David Owens; and her granddaughter Courtney Owens Bond.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Owens, Becky Shultz (Terry), Kurt Rogers (Vickie) and Michelle Raaf (Tony); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Owens Hill (Victor), Bryan Shultz, Kimberly Shultz (Landon Schurtz), Nicole Rogers Cordova (Todd), Derek Rogers, Brandon Kathrens (Breanna), Tyler Raaf (Tonya) and Blake Raaf. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other beloved family members.
