He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Alley and Mildred Alley (Duffy) of Holton, Kansas.; and his daughter Arin L. Alley. He is survived by: his daughter Reva Alley (Tobias Cowdin). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.

Due to the recent Covid pandemic, the 50th reunion was canceled.
