He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Collins and Gussie Collins; his wife Lela Faye Collins; his sons, Donnie and Gary Collins; and his siblings, Lucille Wood, Judy Copenhefer, Helen Collins, Betty Vickrey, Glenda Stenger, Ted and Joe Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Collins (Barbara) of Holton, KS and Linda Floyd (Tim) of Holton, KS; and his siblings, Wauneta Robertson of Topeka, KS, Belva Miffleton of Schertz, TX, George Collins of Sun Land, CA and Truman Collins of Topeka, KS. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
The family does request for all attendees to wear a mask for the service.
