He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Richard and Ruth Richard (Cordill); and his sister Janice Webster. He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie of El Dorado; his son Dave Richard (Denise) of Omaha, NE; his granddaughters, Deedra Richard and Deanna Richard; and his sister-in-law Beverly McCulloch of Towanda.
