She is survived by: her spouse Leonard Andrew Adams; her daughters, Virginia Monson of Holton, KS and Sharon Bohannon (Bill) of Holton, KS; and her brother Max Guffy of Topeka, KS. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and 22 great-great-grandchildren.
