She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wallace and Margaret Vera Moffett Robson; her husband Harlan Phillips; her siblings, Mary Belle and John; and her great grandchild Elias Stewart.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph Phillips (Phyllis) of Mayetta, George Phillips (Sarah) of Holton, Carole Chapin (Bill) of Coal City, IL, Mitzie VanHorn (Steve) of Denison and Margaret Sibley (Mike) of Cary, NC; her sisters-in-law, Loretta Robson, Norma Casford of Whittier, CA and Donna Phillips; and her grandchildren, Lisa Haverkamp, Rodger, Ryan, Russell Phillips, Melanie Woltje, Theresa Hoffner, Brian Phillips, Michele Straubel, Brad, Darin, Derek Chapin, Niki Stewart, Barry, Tony VanHorn, Denise Copeland, Aaron and Crissy Sibley. She is also survived by 51 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousins.
