Kramer (Holton, Kansas), born in Baileyville, Kansas, who passed away on March 16, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Kramer and Minnie Kramer (Bergman); his sons, Paul Kramer and Jamie Anderson; and his siblings, Lucille Wessel, Lawrence, Gene and Dareol Kramer.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Kramer; his children, Stephen Kramer (Marcia) of Seneca, KS, Wayne Kramer (Cindy) of Seneca, KS, Dave Kramer (Angie) of Seneca, KS, Donna Heinen (Darrell) of Axtell, KS and Susan Steinlage (Tom) of Emporia, KS; and his brother Martin Kramer of Azle, TX. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
