It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Brokaw of Holton, Kansas, who passed away on August 14, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Vliet and Dorothy Vliet (Timmerman); her siblings, Dorothy Hageman, Evelyn Hardenburg, Rose Vliet and William Vliet; her sons-in-law, Steven Sheeley and James Pulley; and her great grandchild Charles Suitt, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Theodore "Ted" H. Brokaw; and her children, Harry Brokaw (Barb) of Canton, PA, Melinda Pulley (Bill DeWolf) of Colonial Heights, VA, Sharon Evans (Lynn) of Odessa, NY, Barbara Mills (Bill) of Fort Walton Beach, FL, Judy Morris (Harold) of Holton, KS and Kathleen Reamer (David) of Holton, KS. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
